Mission

Tropikordia Foundation was created to promote string performance around the world and to preserve the art of live acoustic string playing.

In order to accomplish these goals, the Foundation focuses on supporting both the performance and appreciation of string music. The Foundation seeks to nurture string performers, both beginners and those already developing their potential as performers, with an emphasis on those in underprivileged circumstances. The Foundation also seeks to create and inspire audiences with the beauty of string music, with a particular desire to bring performances to those that have had little exposure.
